Common questions
Is there a minimum fleet size?
No. We work with carriers from 5 trucks up. The per-truck economics actually improve at smaller sizes because small fleets lose a higher percentage of detention to manual process failures.
What ELDs do you support?
Samsara and Motive at launch. We're adding support for additional providers based on customer demand. If your ELD has an API, we can likely integrate.
How long does setup take?
Under 30 minutes. We connect to your ELD, you upload a few rate confirmations so we learn your broker terms, and we start tracking. First claims can file within 24 hours.
Why performance-based pricing?
Because our incentives should match yours. We only make money when you make money. A 50-truck fleet recovering $400K/year in detention keeps $320K and pays us $80K. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.
What if a broker retaliates for filing claims?
This is the most common fear, and it's usually worse in expectation than reality. We file professionally with complete documentation, which most brokers respect. We also build broker scorecards so you can see which brokers pay and which don't, and route accordingly.
